The UCLA Black Alumni Association - Bay Area is a chapter of the UCLA Black Alumni Association (UBAA) which is a 501(c)3 organization.
Mission: Provide an accessible and well-networked Black Bruin alumni base that will foster connections and support Black graduates of UCLA who live or work in the California Bay Area.
We will achieve this mission through the following:
Scholarship:
Supporting the needs of graduating Black high school students who are entering UCLA
Networking:
Social, professional and digital networking events within the greater San Francisco-Bay Area for Black UCLA alumni
Community:
Giving back to underserved communities within the Bay Area through volunteer efforts that improve their circumstances
